Update: recent report condems the english Judiciary as RACIST - perhaps why they found Bredbury Hall not to be racist and denied me a jury libel trial?

The violent attack which left a guest seriously ill in hospital and led to three bredbury hall staff going to prison took place months AFTER their manager was arrested after the incident involving us.
Due to a procedural motion by the barrister employed by Bredbury Hall, which denied me the right to defend the libel in a proper jury trial, I am not allowed to tell you what happened to me.
So please read this true story below, and if you are a travel agent, you might be liable if you don't WARN your customers. Please note that the dress code which led to this (and my) violent incidents is still in force according to Bredbury hall.

Another result of the court judgement is that it appears that I am the only person in Britain NOT to be allowed to comment on whether a ban on dreadlocks is racist, so I won't. I will simply issue proceedings against the UK government for breaches of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Perhaps this isn't suprising - a recent official report judged the English judgicial to be endemically RACIST
I used to be a proud member of the Territorial Army, ready to fight and kill and die for the rights we believe precious.
It is ironic that the successors of the English judges who sat in judgement on German judges at Nurembourg, now feel free to dispense with basic human rights like free speech.
You know, no criminal has ever been threatened with jail for maintaining his innocence, yet as the victim of crime, the disgusting dregs of lawyers Halliwell Landau can threaten me with jail for maintaining that i was the victim of a violent crime, with British Judges supporting them.
One law for the criminal, another for the victim?
Perhaps it is time those judges were removed.
